Congratulations to the customer for signing a satisfactory warehouse! The customer is a new company in the e-commerce industry and wants to rent their own warehouse to better manage goods and conduct business. The customer found us through our online post. At first, the customer wanted to find a warehouse in the industrial city, which also needed relatively new, square shaped, and good office conditions. The customer also wanted to find a warehouse with a yard for storing goods.


When we received the demand, we helped the customer find some warehouses that basically met the conditions in the industrial market. However, currently, the warehouses in the industrial market are generally old. In addition, the customer is a new company with no financial reports or tax records, and the company's credit has not been established. Many landlords in the market either require a deposit of 6-9 months or do not consider signing a contract with the new company. Therefore, in the initial stage, we took the customer to look around, but we did not find a completely satisfactory warehouse. The customer was very anxious and even searched for some warehouses online to show us, but these warehouses either did not meet the customer's requirements in terms of details or location. We answered our questions one by one for the customer. Why didn't we recommend these warehouses to customers in a timely manner. After listening to this, the customer has increased their trust in us and relaxed the restrictions on warehouse locations. They hope we can recommend some warehouses in Ontario.


After adjusting the customer's needs, we quickly recommended warehouses that met the conditions. The warehouses in Ontario are generally in good condition, and the customer quickly chose a large and new warehouse with a regular square shape, which has a high efficiency in space utilization. Although this warehouse does not have a yard, during our cooperation, customers have also learned that there are not many warehouses with yards in the market. Usually, warehouses with yards do not calculate the area of the yard in rent, but in fact, warehouses with yards are more expensive per square foot. After weighing, customers have decided not to consider yards as a necessary condition.


The landlord of this warehouse is the big landlord Rexford, who is pushing for this warehouse and has given our customers a 4-month rent free period. The customers are very satisfied.


After the lease agreement was signed, the process of guests settling in was very smooth, and the inspection and maintenance of the warehouse were also carried out efficiently with the accompaniment of Rexford's professional management team.
