The client, an overseas warehousing operator, was looking to expand operations by leasing a new warehouse near their existing facility. As soon as we received their request, we identified and recommended a cost-effective 30,000 SQFT sublease opportunity in Santa Fe Springs. This warehouse came with six loading docks, making it highly suitable for 3PL and fulfillment use. Although the lease term was only two years, the shorter term allowed greater flexibility in price negotiation.
