Congratulations to our client on securing a 60,000 SQFT warehouse in Jurupa Valley!


This warehouse, located in Jurupa Valley, is a newer facility with excellent specifications. The client, referred to us by one of our long-term partners, runs a growing furniture business. Their previous warehouse was on the East Coast, and with operations expanding, they were looking to establish a larger logistics base near Los Angeles.


From the outset, the client clearly communicated both their non-negotiable requirements and areas where they could be flexible. This allowed us to efficiently source and recommend warehouse options that matched their operational needs.


Over the course of the project, we introduced the client to more than 30 qualified warehouse listings. Despite being based overseas, the client was able to make informed decisions through our fast, detailed communication and virtual walkthroughs. We submitted 12 offers on their behalf, five of which included negotiated rent-free periods of over six months. During the contract phase, we also connected the client with a trusted attorney and supported the review of lease terms.


Ultimately, this Jurupa Valley warehouse stood out for its value and location. We successfully negotiated an 8-month rent-free period and secured the lease at a highly competitive rate, delivering both operational and financial advantages to the client.


After the lease was signed, our service team continued to support the move-in process—conducting inspections, verifying the facility’s condition, and ensuring all systems were in working order. This allowed the client to take possession of the property with full confidence.
