The Role:

Key Responsibilities:
Research and Content Creation
o Conduct in-depth research on industry trends and news.
o Generate engaging and informative blog posts and articles.
Design Work on Canva and Photoshop:
o Create visually appealing covers for articles using Canva.
o Design graphics for various social media platforms to enhance content visibility.
o Edit short videos for TikTok.
Social Media Management:
o Utilize social media management platforms to schedule and manage content.
o Implement strategies to increase social media presence and engagement.
SEO Implementation:
o Execute SEO strategies to optimize content for search engines.
o Enhance the visibility and ranking of our owned online forum.
Marketing Strategy Implementation:
o Work on the development and implementation of marketing strategies for our online forum.
o Collaborate with the team to drive forum engagement and growth.
Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Proficient in written Mandarin with the ability to create compelling and accurate content.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Photoshop and Canva for creating visually appealing content.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of various social media platforms, both in China and the US, with an understanding of trends and best practices.
Exceptional attention to detail in both content creation and design work.
Proactive approach to tasks, anticipating needs and taking initiative.
Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges and optimize marketing strategies.
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency in reading and writing in English.
Experience in short video editing.
