Commercial Real Estate Sales Manager

Location: Walnut, CA

Schedule: Full-time, on-site

Language: Bilingual Mandarin Chinese and English required

CUPS Realty is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and scale our brokerage team.

This is a non-producing leadership role focused on recruiting, training, and driving team performance. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with real estate experience who can build a high-performing team and increase overall deal volume.

This role is not intended for individual deal production — success is measured by team growth and results.


Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, and develop commercial real estate agents

  • Train and mentor agents on deal execution, client management, and pipeline development

  • Drive team sales performance, deal volume, and revenue growth

  • Monitor pipeline activity, KPIs, and agent productivity

  • Establish team structure, processes, and performance standards

  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to support deal flow

  • Foster a high-performance, accountable team culture

Important Role Structure

  • This is a non-producing role (no personal deal involvement)

  • Compensation is tied to team performance, not individual sales

  • Focus is on team building, leadership, and scaling operations

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of real estate experience (commercial preferred)

  • Prior leadership, team management, or mentorship experience strongly preferred

  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (required)

  • Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills

  • Organized, process-driven, and results-oriented

  • Ability to recruit and influence talent

Compensation Structure

  • Base Salary: $70,000 – $80,000

  • Commission Override: Percentage of total team production
